Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas or "reflexes" on the feet, that correspond to different body organs and systems. Each of our feet contain over 7,000 nerve endings and when a specific area is stimulated, messages travel along the central nervous system to the organ or system to decrease pain and tension , improve circulation and restore balance. Reflexology allows the body to heal itself.

Towels are also heated for maximum relaxation and clients enjoy a hot lavender foot wash before the treatment begins. A heated lavender eye mask is also included.
