Hello and welcome to Mairead Curran Sports Massage, Massage therapy & Reflexology! I am a VTCT Level 4 qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, as well as an Active IQ qualified Pilates teacher.
I am also a Federation of Holistic Therapists accredited Reflexologist, and hold Practioner Diplomas in Hot stone massage, Indian head massage, Pregnancy massage and Hopi ear candling from the Guild of Holistic Therapists.
I count both individuals and professional athletes, such as the Northern Ireland U21 & U19 football team, as clients.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR TREATMENT.
Do not worry if you are not sure what massage treatment is best for your needs! All massage treatments are bespoke, and a short consultation is carried out prior to every treatment to discuss your individual needs and requirements. Hot and cold treatments are used (according to your needs) along with Infared light Therapy and the Professional Massage gun (if required.)
