Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen the body while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Private Pilates tuition offers the Student the advantage of having the complete focus of the Teacher, ensuring that the Pilates exercises are performed correctly for maximum benefit and helping to prevent potential injuries.
Before the session begins, a pilates consultation is conducted with the Student to identify their strengths and weaknesses, as well as to clarify their goals for the exercise program.
During the session, the Student receives a tailor-made exercise program, where they are first shown the exercises and then observed while performing them, ensuring optimum understanding.
